Destination: Holiday Festation (Part 1)
Well we made it to Paris. We got here early and checked into our hotel room and had a nice rest. The next morning we arose early to go to the airport to pick up Nancy and Rick. We got there an hour early and it turned out their flight was delayed 5 hours. So we sat at the airport Mc Donalds waiting for their arrival. They got in safe... just a little late. We have spent our first few days going around Paris just taking in the scenary and letting Rick and Nancy get adjusted tot he change of surroundings, and then left for 5 days to travel around france and Germany. We went to Strasbourg, Munich, and Baden Baden. All the towns were very nice and cold. I think our favorite wasBadena Baden. It is a small spa town that has definate charm. We wished we could have stayed there longer. It snowed in most of the places we visited and when it wasn't snowing it was sooooo cold. I think Rick and Nancy had a bit of a hard time adjusting to the weather change. Saw some more Christmas markets etc. Now we are back in Paris enjoying our days here. I'll let the pictures be self explanitory so enjoy there are lots...and this is only part 1.
