So we finally made it to Prague as you have read before it was quite a trip. We arrived at our hostel in Prague or Praha with little trouble. We were delighted with our choice of hostel and we got a great discount. Our rooms are located in a quaint little house located next to a courtyard. There are two rooms of beds, showers, bathroom and kitchen area. It was very cozy. That day we met two sisters from Chicago, Annie, and Megan. Megan is studying in Spain and her sister came to visit for Thanksgiving break. Then the next day we were joined by 5 guys from Connecticut who were traveling on a break aswell; Ty, Ed, Brenden, Darren, and Mike. We all decided to go out the next night for a Thanksgiving bash. Annie and Megan had spotted a restaruant that adversited a thanksgiving dinner so we thought we woudl try it. That morning we also met two guys from Texas; Brain and Ed (#2) and they were delighted to join in, on our Festivities. The restaruant wasnt prepared for our "coalition of the hungry" to arrive and only had 7 portions of Thanksgiving left. So we just shared the portions and added some Mexican sides to make it a grand dinner. After dinner we went to Pragues biggest Irish bar or as its advertised and joined in some more laughes and drinks.

After the Thanksgiving festivites everyone left to go home except Brain and Ed our new freinds from Texas. Maybe the best thing to come from Texas in a while. (No offense to anyone who reads this that is from Texas and that I haven't met or havent realized that you are from Texas).

Our days where in Prague have been filled with great fun. We went to a hockey game the other day. Got great seats really cheap; it's Prague's national sport. After the game we went out and had our own wintersports the fun filled classic snowball fighting. Other days included visited the sights of the city the castle etc. Also going to movies....I don't recommend Doom unless you have played the game enjoy the "Rock" and are in the mood for pointless dialogue and violence. Amanda didn't join us for that one she went out and had some Italian and read her book.

The city of Prague is great. Very neat architecture and great sights. It is a little touristy for my taste and there are far to many McDonalds and other name brand stores but the sights are great near the river and the people have been nice as well.

The weather has been quite cold. Been snowing most days and there has been a wicked wind chill. But we have been keeping warm playing games of chess and scrabble with Ed and Brain.

Other fun has also included going out to a local club to partake in 80's and 90's night. It was interesting to say the least. Most of the crowd was our age but the DJ was horrible. How can you dance to Four Non Blondes or One by U2. Most of the songs were undanceable now this is comming from me "Seth who dances to anything". Well we had fun and contiune to.

We were goign to leave a day or so ago but Amanda got sick so I'm taking care of her and we will most likely leave in a couple days for Vienna. Till then....

This is reegarding the picture of the new leaders. Our only question is, "WHERE are you leading us?"

Your pictures are delightful. They're so telling.

If you think your time in Prague was a little touristy, wait 'til you spend time in Paris with the Barron parents!

We sure do miss you.

Amanda, you look beautiful. We copied the picture of you walking down the street. Thank you, Seth.

Before reading this and looking at your pictures, I never really desired to go to Prague. You have changed me. Irreversibly.

I don't think you guys ever look at my B++g. Oh well. I went on a date with an extreme hippie who lives in a yurt. Well not really a date. Not really at all, in fact. That's the explanation for that. Um. I got your postcard. It was great. I miss you all.
